Source: “Climate Change, Global Food Supply and Risk of Hunger”
This article synthesizes simulations on the effects of climate change by the Goddard Institute of Space Studies, the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory, and the United Kingdom Meteorological Office in order to assess their possible effects on global food supply. The scope of their research is a little lengthy, but we can see the trends–a decrease in the production of cereals and an increase in cereal prices.
